I am a huge fan of the Food Network! One of my favorite shows is "Throwdown", which starts Bobby Flay.

(His wife is soooo lucky!) I always feel a swell of pride when he decides to challenge chefs in New Jersey. My 9-year old son and 12-year old son watch with me, and as much as we like Bobby, we root for the home team.
